  2. Complete the entire form (2 pages) including all required signatures and mail it along with a cheque for the total camper fees to: Lumsden Beach Camp, Camper Registration, Box 29031, Regina, SK, S4T 7X3. If you need more room to answer the questions, feel free to use the back of the page or a separate piece of paper.
