Registration Information

To register for Lumsden Beach Camp programs, print and complete the downloadable registration form.  Mail it and your payment to the address below.

No fees will be received at camp.

Registration for all camps is on a first come first serve basis. Registrations are limited, so register early. Check your calendar carefully and note arrival and departure times. Campers will not be admitted to camp before the stated arrival time.

To enable more children to attend camp, please only register for one program. Should your child wish to attend a second camp, he/she can be placed on a waiting list.  If the second camp is not filled then your child will be admitted. Send separate registration forms and cheques for each camp.  Please indicate your fist and second choices.

Volunteer Deduction
We are always looking for volunteers at camp. Volunteers are needed to plan and lead crafts, lead Spiritual Care Time, assist in the kitchen, provide childcare for under age campers, assist with maintenance and provide medical care. MAD camp requires a musical director and an accompanist. 

If you volunteer at Primary camp you can receive $20 off the registration of a camper.

If you volunteer at any other camp you can register your child at 50% off the regular price.

You do not need to volunteer at the same camp your child is attending.

Financial Assistance
Financial Assistance is available through a sponsorship fund to assist anyone who has difficulty meeting the camper cost. Assistance is available for up to 50% of the camper cost. If you are applying for assistance do not send money with your registration.  On May 15 your level of assistance will be determined depending upon the number of applicants and funds available; you will then be billed for the remaining amount.  Note:  financial assistance is only available to those who register on or before May 15.  Please contact the camp Registrar (ynotu@lumsdenbeachcamp.com) for more information.  

We welcome and need donations for this fund. Specify on your donation that you want the donation to go to the camper sponsorship fund.

 Many United Church Congregations provide assistance as well. Please ask your home church.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
A $60.00 administration fee will be retained in all cases. The balance of the fee is only refundable with the presence of a doctor's certificate. We reserve the right to cancel any camps if there is low enrolment or if we are unable to provide qualified staff. In both cases a complete refund will be issued.  We reserve the right to refuse registrations if we feel we are unable to properly care for your child.
