Leaders In Training (L.I.T.) Application Form

To use this application form:

1. Download and print the form.
2. Complete the entire form and mail it to: Lumsden Beach Camp, L.I.T. Application, Box 29031, Regina, SK, S4T 7X3.    If you need more room to answer the questions, feel free to use the back of the page or a separate piece of paper.
3. If you would like to submit your resume, attach it to your completed application form.

We have only six (6) L.I.T. positions available. Applicants will be interviewed. Successful applicants will attend the L.I.T. training session in Regina in May and at the camp from June 27 - July 4 (this includes Primary I Camp on July 2-4).

Upon completion and a favourable evaluation, you will be given the opportunity to be a volunteer counsellor at camp later in the summer. For more information, send your questions to ynotu@lumsdenbeachcamp.com

All applicants MUST be 15 years old as of June 30, 2008. Applications must be received by April 11, 2008.
