2. Complete the entire form and mail it to: Lumsden Beach Camp, Counsellor Application, Box 27116, Regina, SK, S4R 8R8.    If you need more room to answer the questions, feel free to use the back of the page or a separate piece of paper.
3. If you would like to submit your resume, attach it to your completed application form.

Applications must be postmarked no later than March 19, 2010.
