Staff
The camp operates with four full-time paid summer staff (a director, aquatics/program staff, maintenance staff, and a head cook) and approximately 15-20 paid counsellors, who rotate weeks at camp throughout the summer. The camp operates with a minimum of four on-site volunteers each week including a qualified medical officer, craft leader, spiritual care time (SCT) leader, assistant cook and a program leader. If you are interested in applying for a staff position please contact the camp or send a resume outlining applicable experience to the camp's postal box (Attention: Hiring Committee).
Counsellors
Our counsellors come from a variety of backgrounds with many God given talents. The counsellors lead the campers through their daily activities and stay with them in their cabins at night. Each camper is grouped with approximately 5 other children and one counsellor. An activity group is formed between two counsellors and approximately 12 children (depending upon children's age). Our counsellors are able to provide your child with the individual attention that they require throughout their week at camp. Our counsellors receive extensive pre-camp training as well as practical experience working with children. Many of our counsellors are also graduates of our Counsellor In Training (C.I.T.) program. Our campers adore the counsellors.
If you are interested in applying for a counsellor position please contact the camp or fill out an application and send it and a resume to the camp's postal box (Attention: Hiring Committee). Please note: Our counsellors must be at least 16 years of age.
