Procedures at Lumsden Beach Camp
We recommend that you print
off this page and keep it with you during your stay at our camp.
Medical
Care
- Rental group is responsible
for supplying all first aid equipment and to designate a qualified adult to
dispense first aid supplies
- Medical services are
available through the South Shore First Responders. Should an emergency occur,
contact the Regina Ambulance Service at 310-5000 or 911. They will activate
a First Responder Team to provide care until the ambulance arrives.
- The closest hospital
from the camp is the Pasqua Hospital in Regina (Switchboard 766-2222)

Fire Emergency
- Locate fire extinguisher
and use to extinguish the fire. There
is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, recreation hall and cabins.
- Please make sure fires
are attended at all times and are completely out when leaving. Water taps
are available in the cookout pit and campfire pit.
- Fire services are
available from Regina Beach at 729-8111
Inclement
Weather
- In the case of tornados
and other hazardous weather conditions, the camp uses the Activity Centre
located along the bottom road as an Emergency Shelter.
