Day camps are single day visits by groups (such as school or church groups) and have programming prepared by Lumsden Beach Camp staff.
A typical day camp runs approximately 5 hours, (for example, 9:45am to 2:30pm). LBC staff work with you to create a schedule of activities that meet the needs of your group. They facilitate the day, but the rental group is responsible for having enough adults to supervise behaviour and mantain safety (a minimum ratio of 8:1 is expected).
The cost is $30/ student. This includes programming and a hot dog roast lunch. Groups are responsible for coordinating their own transportation to the camp.
