You are going to love this job!
Working at a summer camp is fun. You will join an amazing group of people who come together to build friendships, learn new skills and spend time in nature. Although our kitchen can be busy and hot, we want to set our Head Cook up for success, by hiring extra staff to serve as their assistants, and offering open lines of communication.
Other perks of this job include access to the lake, canoes, pool, hiking trails, and a campfire full of song and joy every night. The right person for this job has the right attitude about working with children and young adults, they are a role model and have a positive attitude.
If any of this sounds exciting to you, please submit a cover letter and resume to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than April 30, 2018. Or if you have questions about this opportunity, contact Vicki at the email above.
If you know that you would succeed working with LBC, but cannot commit to the whole summer, please get in touch, there may still be a place for you!

With funding from the Saskatchewan Arts Board, Lumsden Beach Camp welcomes one or more artists to live and create within our camp community each summer. For 2018 we’re eager to hear from artists, who identify as Indigenous, who are interested in living and working as a part of our camp community for at least some part of June 18-August 31, 2018.
In addition to presenting a hands-on program to campers ages 5-17, artists will be asked to share details of their professional practice and artistic process. Preference will be given to artists whose practice focuses on community building, nature, or environmentalism. We are eager to have two or more, artists, from different disciplines, share the residency and be at the camp at different times.
The deadline to apply is April 15, 2018. Please call or email (details in contact section) with any questions or to express interest. The full posting can be found here Call for Artists
