What a day at LBC Looks Like

Our days at LBC are designed to balance adventure, creativity, community-building, rest, and connection to the natural world. Each day includes a mix of structured activities, traditions, and unhurried moments that let campers explore, grow, and just be kids.


🌅 Mornings

Campers start the day with connection and intention.

  • Morning Watch: Songs, stories, and reflection.

  • Breakfast + Cabin Chores: Building responsibility and teamwork.

  • Spiritual Care Time: Inclusive discussions about kindness, generosity, stewardship, and values, open to all backgrounds.

  • Activity Blocks: Nature hikes, low ropes, archery, crafts, team-building, and more.


🌤️ Afternoons

A mix of adventure, learning, and rest.

  • Lunch

  • F.O.B. (Rest Time): Quiet cabin time to read, nap, or make friendship bracelets.

  • Activity Blocks: Canoeing, orienteering, gaga ball, pond studies, swimming, treehouse visits, and rotating specialty activities.

  • Tuck: A mid-afternoon treat.


🌙 Evenings

Community traditions that campers remember forever.

  • Supper

  • Wide Game: Camp-wide adventure games like Capture the Flag, Predator/Prey, Hats, and more.

  • Mug Up: Evening snack.

  • Vespers: A camper-led reflection time overlooking Last Mountain Lake.

  • Campfire: Songs, stories, skits, and bonding to end the day.

  • Lights Out: Rest for another full day ahead.
